Meals are available at a discounted rate of $8.95 per meal with no additional shipping costs.

    5. Enter Contact Information and Delivery Details   
    6. Enter your 17-digit S3 card number on the back-bottom left-hand corner of your Humana Spending Account Card where it says ‘Discount Code’ and hit Apply
    7.  Complete Transaction
